• Higher printing success rate: nFEP is a specially treated FEP film which has a smoother and more delicate surface. Models printed with nFEP film will have lower viscosity levels, so the pulling force won't be as strong during printing. This means that the success rate will be higher.
• Less replacement frequency: Compared with traditional FEP film, nFEP (PFA) is made of higher quality materials, which makes it has higher tensile strength and elongation at break. Which leads to each layer being more easily removed when lifted because the PFA fights back more, and a longer life for PFA films because of slightly higher crack resistance.
