Premium Material: The strapping band 0.03 inch thick, made from high-quality 304 stainless steel, is more adaptable to harsh environments compared to ordinary 204 stainless steel.
Long-lasting secure fastening: These stainless steel buckles feature strong clamping force. The clamping jaws are serrated to ensure tight tension and prevent strapping slippage. Once the strapping is threaded through the buckle and tightened with a tensioning tool, the buckle’s tabs are flattened using a hammer tool to create a permanent lock.
Ratchet Tensioner: The body is constructed from high-carbon steel with heat-treated (quenched) lades, featuring a rotating design. The serrated anti-slip ratchet securely grips the strapping, while the integrated cutter effortlessly slices through tensioned bands, ensuring extended service life.
