⑥【Annealing Settings】- Heat the PA printed model to the temperature(90-130°C) and then slowly cooling it to improved heat resistance, strength and better mechanical properties.
⑦【Vacuum packaging and PC spool】- Vacuum packaging with aluminum foil bag offers superior sealing to prevent PA filament moisture. PC spool is resistant to high temperature of 110℃, and can be dried in E2 filament dryer, making printing more efficient.
⑧【Recommended Settings】- Nozzle Printing Temperature:270-280℃, Printing Platform Temperature:30-50℃, Speed:100-150mm/s, Drying Temperature: 90℃, Drying Time: 12H
