V0 Flame Retardant:Kexcelled PC FR Filament delivers exceptional flame-retardant performance, meeting the stringent UL94-V0 flammability classification standard.
Heat Resistance and Low Creep: Our polycarbonate filament is not only flame retardant, but also has a higher heat deformation temperature than ordinary PC filament, with an HDT of 111°C and a VST of 122°C. Components can withstand higher temperatures under a certain load without deformation.
Excellent mechanical properties: Kexcelled PC filaments are characterised by high tensile strength and impact resistance. The parts retain their good dimensional stability and are durable even with high impacts, stretches, extrusions.
UV and chemical resistance: Black PC filament has high UV, acid and oil resistance, so it can be used not only in outdoor scenes, but also in some special chemical exposure environments.
