• Two installation options: 1. For New Construction: Attach the fan housing and mount it to the ceiling joists, if spacing is under 12in. (if spacing is between 16 in. - 24 in., it can use suspension brackets.)2. For Existing Construction: No attic access required, it replaces most existing bathroom fans and can be installed entirely from the ceiling side.
